Avowal Consulting Services (ACS) is an IT consulting firm founded and managed by two female professionals. The company was incorporated in 2004, providing independent IT consulting services to companies as well as some government departments. Avowal prides itself on the solid foundation of business and process analysis skills coupled with varied industry experience of its management spanning over 10 years in the ICT profession.

ACS is continuously forming relationships with strategic partners for knowledge and resource sharing, sub-contracting opportunities and capital funding for business expansion into the area of ICT Learning and Education.

Tlale (Motlalepula) Mosimane is the founding member of Avowal and holds a BCom Degree in Information Systems and Economics from Rhodes University, a Practical Project Management Certificate from Unisa Business School, a BCom Honours (Information Systems) from Unisa and currently studying towards a MBA with the University of Wales. Tlale is an experienced Business Process Analyst with specialised knowledge of the logistics processes and holds a PPMI certificate and Process Modelling. Tlale has been SAP certified Supply Chain Management since 2003 although she started working with SAP R/3 in year 2000. She has working experience in MM, PP and SRM modules of SAP with support exposure in FI and HR modules. She is a seasoned business analyst with a lot of change management assignments under her belt as it a key competency for any BA.

Phumzile Gebashe is a dynamic IT professional and an invigorating, creative facilitator. She holds a BCom Degree in Information Systems and Financial Accounting from UCT, a Post graduate Diploma in IT Auditing from Wits University, a certificate from Unisa Business School in Advanced Project Management and currently studying for a MBA with the University of Wales. She started her career as Business analyst in the SAP R/3 environment at Unilever in 1998 and went to expand her career in IT auditing with Deloitte where she was a senior consultant in ERP IT audit team. She worked as Process analyst in financial services designing, mapping (using ARIS tools), implementing and supporting processes for 2 years. Since then she has worked as a manager and a professional consultant in the IT industry for different companies (including a 1 year secondment as a CIO at the Land Bank in 2009-2010) gathering expertise required to service Avowal’s diverse client needs. She holds certificates in Learning Facilitation, JAD Facilitation and is a SAP FI Consultant (ECC 6)

The Avowal team is passionate about development of young black ICT resources within South Africa, with the aim of creating competent, well rounded, multi-skilled and dynamic IT Business Analyst professionals. They have both worked widely and extensively as consultants in different areas of IT professional services and industries, cultivating the skills required by ACS to develop a new breed of well rounded IT consultants. The team has more than 10 years of IT experience in different industries with a variety of Vendor solutions and specialist skills SAP Solution.
