BCS focuses on Managed Communication Services
On the understanding that businesses are not gaining the expected ROI from their telephone communications systems, Bytes Communication Systems (BCS) has renewed its focus on managed communication services (MCS) as an alternative value added service offering.
Providing a complete solution that manages infrastructure, implementation, maintenance and support, MCS is designed to assist companies in answering their businesses telecommunications challenges.

Starting at the basic level MCS offers the ground layer of infrastructure including components such as PBX switches, cabling, phones, and all other devices needed, while also supplying the full maintenance of this layer.
On top of this it offers a managed services layer including services such as telephone management systems and SLA management, consultancy, facilities management and a helpdesk service. The next layer adds in the value added services consisting of system optimisation, vendor management, procurement services, cost optimisation tools and asset management.
