Tintswalo Safari Lodge has introduced specialist photographic safaris which includes a fully equipped, private game drive vehicle with an experienced guide and a wildlife tracker.

Situated within the Manyeleti Game Reserve that borders the Kruger National Park, the Timbavati and Sabi Sand game reserves, the area is known for excellent game viewing and presents once in a lifetime photographic opportunities.

The rangers leading Tintswalo’s photographic safaris are wildlife photography experts who will not only seek out the best sightings and vantage points, but will also provide guests with the opportunity to spend as long as it takes at any of the sightings, in order to get that perfect shot.

The on-site Photo Hub at Tintswalo Safari Lodge caters for the needs of photographers and a selection of cameras and lenses are available for rental. Guests have access to a Mac Computer that is set up with a Canon Canvas Printer, complete with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Programmes, and tutorials are offered to guests wanting to learn how to edit their own images. Guests may download and edit their own images of their safari experience, and print their choice of images on paper or canvas in A2 or A3 sizes, which are then rolled and packed for safe transportation. Photographs taken by guides at the various sightings are also available for sale and can be printed to take home.

Tintswalo Photographic Safaris can accommodate between one and six guests in a game viewing vehicle, at a rate of R12 000 per person per day. (Rate excludes accommodation, meals and drinks.)
