The conference is held under the guidance of Ingcambu Projects and CTP Engineering at the Alberton City Hall, Johannesburg, South Africa, from 6th to 7th of October 2014.

Youth and women constitute the largest sector of the population in most African countries. The conference therefore seeks to explore amongst others, the impact on Innovation in Entrepreneurship, the role and relevance of education, strategies for entrepreneurial success, and how poverty in Africa can be alleviated through entrepreneurship.

With the current high rate of unemployment especially amongst the youth in Africa, studies suggested that (SME) businesses provide more than 55 per cent of total employment and 22 per cent of GDP in 2003 (OECD).

Entrepreneurship has been seen as one of the solutions to stimulate the economy and create much needed jobs.
The organisation that was established in 2012, intends to strengthen the capacity of young people to enable them to take charge of their own life and future, said the Chairman, Oliver Fortune

We are of the view that there is a need to connect the youth and the captains of Industries, Business management, skills development facilitators, entrepreneurs, financial strategists, Technological innovators and government regulators to stimulate their entrepreneurship interest.

This event will be graced by formidable speakers such as , Ambassador Patrick Gaspard ,Professor AOK Noah, Chairman Ingcambu Projects, Mr Oliver F Chikodzore, Programmes manager University of Johannesburg Ruth Moerane, President Southern African Broadcasters Association Advocate Dali Mpofu.
